Hi, I'm Nikolai, a formally trained chef with over 10 years experience in the restaurant industry. I draw my inspiration for cooking from my travels, bringing both new and classic ingredients and dishes from around the world to your table. Growing up in a family where food brought us all together, I try to bring that same feeling of coziness and comfort to your dinner table.
